Double room in Wateringbury

This is a weekday let. Monday to Friday.

Bright and sunny room in rural location but on frequent bus routes and walking distance of Wateringbury train station. Post Office, The Wateringbury Pub, petrol station small shops and farm shop all close by.

The room is contained within a 3 bed detached house with stunning views at the front across the valley.

There’s a fully fitted kitchen and 3 reception rooms, gardens back and front.

The bathroom is shared with me and there is a downstairs toilet with handbasin.

I am fit and active and look after my 6 horses in the field across the road. I am quiet and self contained with frequent visits from family members and grandchildren.

I sometimes look after dogs for friends and family when they’re away.

I’m looking for a quiet person who has interests or work outside the house. Must be clean and tidy.
