The bedroom is furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe and bookshelf. The room has access to a shared kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC, dining room, garden and driveway.

The house is occupied by live-in landlords (a retired couple) and one female lodger.

The property is conveniently located close to Greenwich University (Avery Hill Campus), Queen Mary's Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital, all easily accessible by bus or car. The location may also suit teachers working nearby, including Bexley Grammar, Blackfen School for Girls and Harris Academy Falconwood.

We are looking for a tidy and respectful working professional or student who is considerate of shared living. The room may be particularly suitable for teachers preparing for the new school year, NHS staff, university students or recent graduates starting their first job or work placement.

Nearby train stations include Welling and Falconwood (Zone 4), with regular services to Lewisham, London Bridge, Victoria and Charing Cross. Local bus routes include the 51 (to Woolwich Arsenal DLR) and 132 (to North Greenwich Underground Station).
