Good size double bedroom to rent in a house in a quiet residential road within 5 minutes walk of Welling Station. There is a regular train service of about 30 minutes into Central London. The house is also near numerous bus stops and is in easy walking distance of Welling High Street and several leading supermarkets.

The house is a semi detached property with 3 bedrooms and has a shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom with a walk in shower. A small room with a tumble drier is also available for storage and there is additional storage room in the garage.

The other housemates are two very friendly female professionals aged over 30 and the house would suit a quiet professional lady of a similar age.

There is a pleasant rear garden with lawns, patio and a rotary clothes drier. I am responsible for all garden maintenance. There is space for parking in the front garden.

The house has a no smoking policy.

The rent of £550 per calendar month is exclusive of gas and electricity, the cost of which is shared 3 ways. The combined cost is estimated to be about £60 per person per month on average. All other bills are met by the landlord.

Tenants are responsible for their own internet provision Historically this has been achieved with minimal cost and often the cost of the wifi is shared.

A £550 deposit is also required which would be returnable at the end of the tenancy.
