We're looking for a clean, considerate and respectful lodger who will be a good fit for the household.

When enquiring, it would be helpful if you could provide a little information about yourself, such as your occupation or studies, whether you work from home, your intended move-in date and approximately how long you are looking to stay. Due to the high number of enquiries we receive, we may not be able to respond to enquiries that don't include this information.

The room is large, spacious and fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a large mirrored wardrobe offering plenty of storage, and a desk and chair suitable for work or study.

You'll have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom with shower/bath, separate WC, garden and driveway with off-street parking.

The property is occupied by friendly live-in landlords (a retired couple) who spend part of the year abroad. The house is currently shared with two female lodgers, creating a quiet, clean and respectful household.

The location is ideal for both professionals and students. The property is close to the University of Greenwich (Avery Hill Campus), Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Queen Mary's Hospital, all easily accessible by bus or car. It may also suit teachers working locally, including Bexley Grammar School, Blackfen School for Girls and Harris Academy Falconwood.

Welling and Falconwood railway stations (Zone 4) are both nearby, with regular services to Lewisham, London Bridge, Victoria and Charing Cross. Nearby bus routes include the 51 (to Woolwich Arsenal DLR) and the 132 (to North Greenwich Underground station).
