The room is a double, for single occupancy in a quiet house. Located 5 minutes walk from Westgate Town and train station, all bus routes, and 1 minute from the beach.
Room includes:
Shared use of bathroom and separate WC, kitchen/diner, fridge/freezer, washing machine and conservatory with tumble drier
About me:
I am retired but keep busy following my interests. I can’t promise sitting down to meals or socialising, but I am pretty friendly. I play saxophone, but I am considerate and I will generally play while my tenant is out.
About you:
It is important the new tenant is someone who is the right 'fit' so I am looking for someone who works full time, doesn't do night work, and keeps regular hours. This is important as I don’t want to have to tip-toe around my home while my tenant sleeps until midday. You must be clean, and willing to keep the house tidy. Gender isn’t important but I would prefer the new tenant to be mature in their outlook.
