We have a lovely furnished double room available in our spacious four-bedroom detached house in the peaceful Richmond Park area of Whitfield.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp, chair, and even a TV – ready for you to move straight in.

🏡 The House
You’ll be sharing with two friendly, quiet guys (29 and 27), both into gaming and laid-back evenings. The house has a large shared kitchen and living room, plus a bathroom you’d only share with one other person.
There’s a garden for enjoying some fresh air and easy on street parking just outside the house if you drive.

📶 Bills Included
The rent is £625 per month and includes everything: council tax, gas, electricity, water, sewage and ultrafast broadband – no hidden costs.

5-minute walk to the Dover Fast Track bus – 14 mins into town or 16 mins to Dover Priory station (for high-speed trains to London)

🐾 About Us
Also living here are Hayate and Suki – two small, well-behaved dogs. So you'll need to be okay with pets (but sorry, no additional pets allowed).
