One furnished double room is available in our modern four-bedroom detached house in the Richmond Park area of Whitfield.

The house is shared with just two other people, so the communal spaces are shared between only three people in total.

The room

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp, chair and TV, so it is ready to move into.

Shared living space

There is a spacious separate living room with plenty of seating, as well as a large kitchen-diner with a full-size dining table.

The kitchen has plenty of cupboard and worktop space, plus two full-size fridge-freezers shared between only three people, giving everyone plenty of fridge and freezer storage.

There is also a home gym available for use, along with a garden.

Bathroom

The main bathroom is a good size and has both a bath and shower. You would share it with just one other person.

There is also a separate downstairs toilet, so you are not reliant on the main bathroom simply to use the WC.

Parking

Free on-street parking is normally readily available immediately outside the house. With three people living here, finding a space outside has not been an issue.

Bills

The £600 monthly rent includes:

• Ultrafast broadband

Location

The house is in a quiet residential part of Whitfield, around a 5-minute walk from the Dover Fast Track bus service, with journeys of approximately 14 minutes into Dover town centre and 16 minutes to Dover Priory.

Tesco and the Whitfield retail area are also within walking distance, or only a few minutes away by bus.

The household

It is a quiet, easygoing household where we generally enjoy relaxed evenings at home and gaming.

We also have two small dogs, Hayate and Suki, so you would need to be comfortable living with dogs. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional pets.

We are looking for someone who is working, tidy and considerate and who would be comfortable in a relaxed household.

No smoking inside the house.
