Looking for a lodger who will make the house home.

The room will be available in April 2026.

This is a single room, for single occupancy:

It has a small built in wardrobe, 8 cube IKEA shelving unit.

A table and chair can be made available. £575 per month bills incl.

There is a shared upstairs bathroom, with shower over bath.

Downstairs, the lounge has two sofas and where you are welcome to chill out or watch terrestrial TV.

The kitchen has a large table. Plenty of pots, pans, crockery (many handmade) and cutlery, plus juicer, blender, coffee machine.

Access to the conservatory to the washing machine and the 60ftback garden. There is secluded seating, a wildlife pond and a patio table.

Looking for someone who is respectful and quiet, yet enjoys sharing food and a good chat.

Friends sometimes bring their dogs when they visit and I occasionally look after them.

Dogs are considered, however dogs that bark a lot are not suitable as it is a mid terrace house.

It is a friendly street, with on-street parking.

It is five mins walk to either end of the high street, bus stop, train and 7 mins to the beach.

I enjoy a dip in the sea all year round.

Bills and wi-fi are included.
