There is a work area in living room with desk and small filing cabinet. Shared use of kitchen to access household washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron etc.

Access via shared hall / front door, then stairs up to attic. Excellent natural light, peaceful sounds of birds and trees. Beautiful shared garden, off-street parking.

Less than a minute from town centre amenities – excellent cafés and a Coop at end of road. 5’ walk to beach and train station. Regular buses to Canterbury.

We are two older women living downstairs seeking a quiet, independent single woman, over 30, of any sexuality. We are a progressive household and the letting would potentially suit a like minded professional woman or post-graduate student / lecturer, who must be LGBTQ+ friendly.
This rental is not suitable for overnight visitors.
