Flat in part exchange for childcare

We have a 2 bed flat in a converted watermill available with greatly reduced rent, in exchange for some childcare and household help.

The flat is just outside Canterbury, set in beautiful countryside.
There are regular bus services from the surrounding area into other towns and into canterbury.

We have 3 children and a dog. An 8 year old boy, 2 girls (12 & 14) and a 2 year old cocker spaniel called Poppy.
Our son has Autism, so we would ideally be looking for someone with relevant experience or qualifications in supporting someone with special needs.

Our son isn't currently in full time education as we are flexible schooling him. He does 2 hrs a day at the local primary school. The rest of the time he is at home.

This may suit someone currently studying childcare/nursing/education?
There is space for 2 people in the flat, and we would be happy for any help to be split between 2 people.

We would provide wifi as we live in the flat above.

Council tax (band B - £150 per month) and electric would be paid by the tenant.
