This ground floor studio would particularly lend itself nicely to accommodate a professional working in the William Harvey Hospital or someone working at Tesco Crocksfoot.

Unfortunately it is not suitable for couples, children or pets. No smoking in the premises. There is a designated smoking area outside. We do have house rules…We are a nice quiet house hold so if you want to party, this is not the place for you. We are looking for a mature considerate lodger from 25 years + but would not be adverse to mature well behaved younger person.

Deposit £300 + £975 months rent in advance and includes all bills.
