Room Available in Bishopbriggs Area of Glasgow

I am looking for a professional female to rent my spare room (double bed, built in wardrobe and bedside tables already in place). My two bedroomed house is located in the north of the city with easy public transport to the city centre and very close to the beautiful countryside. It’s also not far from several motorways. It is in a very quiet tranquil location with lovely views of the Campsie hills, trees and fields. I have super, lovely neighbours so would require a quiet and respectful tenant towards my neighbours. The house has one bathroom with a power shower, shared living room and dining room and a new kitchen. It has a big patio to sit and enjoy the sun, and a massive garage (great for storage). It also has enough space on the driveway for two cars, with more parking on the street. I have two English Springer Spaniels (rescue dogs) who love to snuggle on your lap for cuddles, so I would need a tenant who loves dogs, doggy cuddles and who doesn’t mind a bit of dog fur on them.
