Double furnished bedroom, Bishopbriggs, min 6 months but preferably longer ,Sharing in a semi-detached house in Bishops Meadows with lovely garden ! It's a two bedroom house and you will be sharing with myself . Price included all bills & fortnightly cleaner. There is a video of house, make sure to have a look. I am happy for you to come see house whenever.

I am easy going and looking for either male or female 30-45 years old. I have a tidy home and enjoy walking my dog. Smoker is ok but smoking outside only, vaping allowed inside. Washing machine, dishwasher- potentially a tumble dyer by the end of the year. Attic storage, and downstairs toilet, huge sofa and dining table , garden with patio furniture for chillin, hot tub, fire pit, car park space.
Room has large spacious glass double sliding wardrobes with hanging shelves , chest of drawers, storage unit, TV, TV Ariel , broadband. Stunning views to the Campsie Glen mountains and lovely oak floors. Cleaner every fortnight, lovely warm and welcoming freshly decorated home.

I am a chilled person, easy going and make the best housemate, I have had a few housemates before in my home and still great friends with them. My previous housemate was a a big footy fan he was with me for three years and I am not even into to football! Great guy. Before that I had a lovely engineer staying short term. Happy with male or female I am 36 years old working in banking and on the side I am a make up artist and make wreaths out in my shed , so keep myself busy! I love a glass of wine in the hot tub, watching movies and meeting new people. I am going to be working from home up in my room Tuesday -Friday 12pm -9pm so if work normal working hours you will get home to yourself when you get in from work for chill time. Bishopbriggs is a great town with restaurants, bars ,cafes etc and 15 minutes drive to city centre, bus stop round the corner.
Cracking back garden for summer BBQ to chill and use hot tub. I want it to be a place you can bring your family and friends over-.mi casa su casa-!!!
15 minute walk to strathkelvin retail park with M&S food, Nike store ,b&q, Next and way more. Asda near by and a choice of three gyms and sport centre facilities . 15 min drive to city centre. Although I do in ten minutes at night !
Gorgeous Canal Walk and cycle paths 10 mins away and 20 min walk to main Bishopbriggs . Bus stop into city at end of the street.
I have a lovely springer spaniel girl who loves a cuddle so you must like dogs. I would be okay if you have a dog as long as they get on with my girl who literally gets on with everyone and every dog- very friendly .
Your room has been re painted all fresh for your move in with new bed, mattress, curtains, rug and artificial plant. I have ordered some nice wall art to finish it off.
Price is higher due to cost of living and rising bills but I promise you it’s a great home and you will love it here.
