Double Bedroom Near Glasgow City Centre

I have a double room available in my cosy, spacious Cambuslang flat with use of shared bathroom, living room and kitchen.
I’m looking for a sociable and friendly flat mate who is also clean and tidy :)

The room is fully furnished. It has a double bed and large L- shaped desk and desk chair. There is also lots of wardrobe storage will a rail cupboard the length of the room, along with bedside storage tables/ drawers.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Cambuslang train station where the train is 10 minutes into Glasgow city centre, and has shops (Morrisons, Farmfoods) within 5 minutes walking distance.
There is plenty of parking available at the flat. Bus stops are also a 5 min walk away from the flat.

Cambuslang Main Street is also a very short walk which has cafes, shops, a Costa, Greggs, etc,

The kitchen has an air fryer and coffee machine to use, and there is a smart tv in the living room which has steaming apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.

The flat also has a balcony with an egg chair.

Bills- the council tax, internet and factors bill will be paid for by me. The gas & electricity are the only bills to be covered- they are pay as you go top up, and generally about £30 a month for each for two/three people!

The room will is available from February.
I would consider short term lets but I am ideally looking for leases for a minimum of 3 months! Also open to couples.
