Spacious Bright Double Room

Hi, I’m 35 and self-employed, running my own design business creating bespoke storage solutions. I’ve recently set up my own Ltd company and love what I do — I’m pretty motivated, focused, and always working on new ideas or projects.
I own my home and I’m looking for a couple of like-minded lodgers to share the space with me. Rather than just filling rooms, I’d really love to live with other creative or entrepreneurial people who are building their own thing too — action-takers with positive energy who are driven, independent, and respectful of shared space.
The house is somewhere I want to feel warm, calm, and welcoming — not just somewhere to crash — so keeping things clean, tidy, and comfortable for everyone is important to me.
I’m friendly and easygoing, happy to chat or hang out, but also appreciate everyone having their own routines and space. Ideally looking for people who are considerate, self-sufficient, and take pride in where they live.
