Double room furnished in lovely house with garden

I'm looking for someone respectful, easy going, clean and tidy, preferably a professional, to share my home with. I have usually shared with men, since I grew up with two brothers and their friends and it comes easy for me to get along, but I am open to either. The important thing is that we get along well and respectfully, though no smokers (or vapers) is a must, I'm sorry.

I am clean, tidy, respectful, work out, play tennis, love my gardening, cook on the weekends, and like having a very chilled existence.

I like to interact, but like my own space and time, so if you'd like talk or to just retrieve to your room, I respect that.

The area is lovely and very quiet, we have parking in the back of the house and garden front and back. Downstairs is the kitchen, diner, livingroom, and upstairs, two rooms, bathroom with shower over bath and my studio.

You don't have to worry about toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap or house cleaning supplies.

All bills, council tax and broadband are included.

Sunnyside train station is 7 mins away walking (22 mins to Queen Street, Glasgow). All kind of shops and retail park nearby and a JD gym, all 5mins away by car and easy to walk to.
