Furnished room available in new build flat in Coatbridge.

My room has an en-suite so you’d have the main bathroom pretty much to yourself.

There’s a car park & it’s also a 2 minute walk to the train station with direct routes to both Glasgow (<20 mins) and Edinburgh (<1 hr).

My last lodger stayed for a few months while working at the Commonwealth Games. Happy to ask her to provide a reference if needed!

Looking for someone friendly, clean & tidy, and easy to get along with. I do like socialising but equally like to be on my own sometimes.
