I have a room in my house for which I do not mind having a lodger..

Due to the current season, preference will be given to long term stable tenants only The deposit will then be six weeks rent. with one month minimum period of notice

For stability ,this price already factors the bills

It is essential that you are an extremely NEAT & TIDY individual who is able to clean up after yourself at all times please(Or would pay for this to be done ).There is strictly no smoking allowed +including electronic cigarettes )

The flat is a 2bd floor flat in a new building .There is a private balcony attached to the flat There is a lift also in the building.

There is a bus stop right in front of the road once you you leave the building .

The house is about 4-5 minutes from ASDA & Shops with city centre are accessible too .On leaving the house, you are right into the Braehead roundabout & can get into the motor way immediately

The train station is just about 20 minutes walk away from the house & so you can get into Glasgow Queen Street station in a few minutes.
