Double room in Dennistoun home - (Available March)

I have a room to rent in a Dennistoun flat. It's a second story two-bed tenement with dining kitchen, lounge, bathroom and a couple of decent size storage cupboards. All is fully furnished.

The room is a decent size (4.2 x 2.7m) and is rear-facing so very quiet. Room is fully furnished with bed/wardrobe space, within easy walking distance/even shorter bus ride to the city centre and Strathclyde Uni.

You'd be sharing with me. I have lived in Glasgow for several years after a long time working abroad and in London before that. I work full time and am quite active, outdoorsy and travel quite a lot. I am chilled in the flat but enjoy having people over for coffee/dinner/drinks. The flat generally doesn't feel too busy.

From where we are it's a short walk to Duke Street where there are bars/coffee shops/restaurants. Mesa and East Coffee are both favourites within 5 mins walk, there's a Coop (5 mins) and big Tesco (10 mins). In terms of transport, train stations are walking distance Alexandra Park (2 mins) and Bellgrove (15 mins) which has more connections. Parking on the street is free.
