Double room in Huge flat, with cleaning.

We are looking for a new flatmate as our current flatmate has moved on.
We both work as teachers and occupy 2 rooms in a 3 bed flatshare. 2 indoor rescue cats live here too, they are cute if a bit of attention seekers.
You'll have a nicely furnished, double room with a king-size bed, in a large 3 bed flat in Dennistoun. The flat has recently been upgraded. There is a 6 week deposit.
Things Included are: Fullfibre internet, Gas, Electricity, TV licence, Netflix and includes the cleaning of the shared areas.
There's also two bathrooms, fully equipped large kitchen dinner, new washing machine, American fridge freezer, dishwasher and a bean to cup coffee machine etc. There are lots of period features and nice furnishings. Currently the Council Tax would be £58 each per month and is in addition to the rent.
I own the flat and buy household things like kitchen/toilet paper and the cleaning stuff. I'll manage the cleaning too of the shared spaces.
Your room has hardwood floors, a blind and curtains and a king-size before. There is a wardrobe with two drawers, a four drawer unit, bedside table and large storage unit. There is a shared work area if you want to study away from your room.
You can walk to town in 15 - 20 mins, or the buses get you there in 5. There is free on street parking outside if you have a car.
We've been flatmates for a few years and shared with others successfully. It's a big flat so if you need space it's there and if you want to hang out that's cool too.
