Clean and considerate lodger wanted to live in a double bedroom within a 3-bedroom flat near Alexandra Parade in Dennistoun (20 min walk to city centre). Flat would be shared with me as a live in landlord and another flatmate, Sander.

Rent is £550 pcm INC ALL BILLS.

Bedroom is furnished with storage space, clothes rail, double bed, dressers, and lined curtains.

I'm looking for a friendly professional who is independent, tidy, and easy going. I am a working professional so i'm out my flat most days.

Location near Strathclyde and Caledonian universities and Royal Infirmary Hospital.
