Beautiful clean bright 3 bed semi detached house. Good size garden. Plenty parking spaces. Good public transportation. It's a small Double room available to rent.

Bills £54 per month approximately can go up or down ( Gas, electricity, 254 mbbs internet, )

Pleasant residential area.
council tax and factors fee paid by landlord.

We are friendly ,easy going , laid back. Respect each other privacy and keep noise to minimum.

We have a 3month old baby so person who is interested please think before you send interest to move in as new born baby will cry, make noice at any time.
Kitchen and leaving room will be restricted to use. 🙏 As previous tenant misuse the kitchen and almost set on fire. So I would prefer someone who dont cook. Can use oven, microwave, airfryer ,fridge freezer.

So basically we are looking to share house with a working professional who just interested to use the room for sleeping, shower, laundry, car park space, secure and clean house. No pets non smoker and pay your rent / bills on time.

Upstairs we have 3 bedroom, one main bathroom ( master bedroom ensuit) which we use.
So you gonna have bathroom for yourself or we might use bathroom once in a while. Or its gonne be only you using that main bathroom. Downstairs we have WC for anyone visit us once in a while.
Room has double bed with memory foam mattress. slim Side table, double mirror wardrobe. It's a small double bedroom Good enough for one person.

if you driving then there is plenty space for parking. both motorway are easy excess. (M74 and M8 )
