We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our 3-bed flat in Dennistoun. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk – perfect for studying or working from home. You’d be sharing with two PhD students (from Spain) in our final year.

Ideally, we’re looking for another student (to avoid council tax), but we’re open to young professionals too – council tax would just need to be discussed (Band D).

The Flat:

- Right next to Bellgrove Station – quick trains to city centre and West End

- Walking distance to Strathclyde Uni and the city centre

- Free on-street parking available

We’re tidy, easygoing, and respectful of each other’s space. We’re also friends with our neighbours upstairs and sometimes hang out – you’re welcome to join if you’re up for it, but no pressure at all.
