A fully furnished double room is available in our very spacious, recently renovated three-bed flat in Dennistoun. The room includes a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk.

The flat has a large living room, a great kitchen for cooking, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Good location just behind necropolis so easy into town. Bellgrove station and motorway close by.

You would be living with two guys in their 30s, who are pretty chilled. It’s a relaxed household and we enjoy cooking, music (everything from house and techno to pop and soul), gaming and socialising. It’s not a party flat but we periodically have mates over.

We are looking for a mature, clean and considerate flatmate who would fit in well and would be up for the occasional night out/pints.

* Rent is £660 which includes bills, to be paid on the last day of the month.
* Available 21st May.
* On street car parking is available (currently free but it might change to requiring a permit).
* Unfortunately the room isn’t suitable for smokers/people with pets/couples/students.
* The flat is LGBTQ friendly.
