Cosy Room in Dennistoun

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of May, and I am looking for a new person to join the flat starting in June.

The flat is located on the 1st floor and is fully furnished. The available room features a huge bed and plenty of storage space. While the area is quiet, it is incredibly well-connected. Just a 20-minute walk to the city centre, 5 minutes from the train station, and with a bus stop right across the street.

I work for a University of Strathclyde startup and am a social person who loves a good chat with my flatmate, though I always respect the shared environment and personal space. I am looking for a fellow professional with a similar 9-5 schedule; please, no night shifts.

Existing broadband is £14 per month, and the council tax is a good deal at around £150.
