Lovely double room in a modern flat on Alexandra Parade, one of Glasgow’s most convenient locations. You’ll be only minutes from Glasgow City Centre by train or bus () and a short walk from Alexandra Park and other green spaces, great for walks, coffee breaks, or just getting some fresh air. The area has a great mix of local shops, cafés, and essential services right on the Parade, making everyday life really easy.

The room is presented exactly as in the photos and is fully ready to move into, with a new mattress, duvet, bedsheets, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe, so there’s plenty of storage space. A desk and dressing table can also be provided if needed.

I’m a professional, easy‑going person who spends most of the time at work and rarely works from home, so you’ll have plenty of quiet space, but I’m also social and happy to chat if you fancy a casual coffee or a quick catch‑up. This is not a party flat, but I’m happy for you to have friends round occasionally as long as it’s respectful and low‑key.

The flat is home to a super friendly cat called Labubu who loves attention and will probably greet you by the door. You’ll love having her around if you’re a cat lover!
