Looking for flatmate in Denniston CT band B

Hi, I'm Emma I am looking for a flatmate to take the available room in my two bed flat. The area and the neighbours are lovely and it has very good transport links to the city centre and nice local restaurants and a big park. I have no pets but the landlord accepts pets and a previous tenant had some.

The bedroom is a good size but unfurnished, there is some in the storage cupboards, such as a clothes rack, and a disassembled double bed (though I have lost the instructions so you may need to provide your own), the rest of the flat is furnished with my furniture. I would be happy to move this around to create space for any you have as there is a large, secure storage space in the hall :)

Flat is a new build and retains heat well in winter and has good heating.

Flat also has a dishwasher.

I'm non-binary, autistic and am a fencer. I only drink socially, and rarely have guests, I vape but don't smoke. I do eat meat but don't have a preference for any specific dietary requirements of someone I share with.

Looking for someone who would be willing to work together to create a suitable cleaning and flat admin schedule that suits both parties :)
