Large Dennistoun King Room w/ walk-in wardrobe

I am currently looking for someone to take my room in our flat in Dennistoun while I go travelling for the summer. This will be mid June - mid September. This would be a fixed term contract as you would be a lodger rather than a tenant.

Currently living in the flat is myself (23), my sister Daisy (29) and nurse Paul (26)

Daisy works in tourism in Edinburgh one day a week, so she’s pretty busy, and works from home the other 4 days. Paul works 3/4 long shifts a week, alternating between days and nights. We all respect each other's space and have always had a doors open / doors closed policy - if we leave our doors open, please feel free to come and chat / rant etc, but if we need to 'actually work' or want some time away, we just close our doors and leave each other alone.

We like to keep the flat clean and tidy and want someone who will treat it like our home. We will take it in turns to do a full weekly clean so you only have to worry about that once every 3 weeks and then just make sure to clean and tidy as we go along. We definitely want someone that's going to treat us and our home with the same respect we will treat you!
Daisy loves walks on the beach, hikes, yoga, and wine and face masks with a movie or reality TV show. We also love sharing a good meal and a bottle of wine (or two) and a good yap. Daisy cooks a fair amount, and bakes and is happy to share. Paul also loves a flat dinner and loves to help with dinner and contributes with wine and vibes, and will happily make food when you’re hungry and have no food in the fridge.

We generally don’t have a party flat. If we have people over it's normally for dinner / some drinks etc. However, we don't mind having people over - we just need to make sure to let each other know what we're doing and do it respectfully. This goes for everything.
