It's a fairly quiet area but also near duke street and about a 5/10 minutes walk to either duke street or bellgrove train stations depending on your speed. You'd be living with me, l'm 24, a PhD researcher, love watching pysch, getting a pint in, and buying flowers, and am home bird thats trying to get out into nature more.
