Gorgeous Flat in Dennistoun

My lovely flatmate is moving out to live with her girlfriend at the start of August so I’m looking for someone to join me in this gorgeous colourful wee flat!

It’s right across from Alexandra Parade stn. The rent is £522.50 and then all other bills/ctax/wifi is £170.86 so for everything bills incl it’s £693.36.

The flat is furnished and in your room you get that GORGEOUS dresser!! The only things NOT staying in the room are the shelves beside the bed and the desk. I’m a big fan of stuff on the walls and am very open to when the new flatmate comes in them putting their own spin on the place and changing the flat up to fit the both of our styles!! The landlords are pretty chill and are open to you painting your room as long as they can confirm the colour before you do anything!

I’m a friendly professional working in film/telly postproduction. I like art, music, going for big walks and movie nights! I would ideally want to live with someone who is around my age and would be open to becoming friends, is generally tidy and easygoing ❤️
