Hello,
Me and my flatmate are looking for a third to join our lovely abode! The flat is located in Dennistoun, 2 minutes away from Bellgrove train station- super convenient to go straight into the city centre (4 minutes). We also live 2 minutes away from Duke Street, which is full of cute cafes, bars, and charity shops!
We are both PhD students, and are looking for someone who respects keeping the flat clean and tidy :) We'd also like someone who keeps the flat calm and peaceful (a. k. a., no party go-ers!). We are both sociable and are pally with the flat below, so you don't have to worry about evil neighbours!
Due to council tax, we are only looking for students (preferably PhD). The move in date would be the 17th of July, and the rent is very cheap (£360). Bills are roughly £40 max in the winter and £30 in the summer. If you'd be interested, we'd love to have a quick phone call to get to know each other :)
