2 rooms available in spacious Dennistoun flat

Room 1

Two double rooms will be available in my spacious flat in Dennistoun from September. The rooms will both be fully furnished. Please note I am in the process of getting a double bed, mattress, and wardrobe for Room 2 but these will be sorted prior to the tenancy start date.

Room 1

The room is a decent-sized double room, with an extendable IKEA day bed that can be kept as a single for more floor space or extended into a large, comfy double (almost king-size). The room also includes a wardrobe, bedside table with lamp, and has recessed wall shelving for extra storage. You will also have access to a hallway cupboard for additional storage space.

Room 2

This room is slightly smaller but still a good size and fits a double bed comfortably. It has built in shelving and will come with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and lamp. Access to a storage cupboard can also be arranged if needed.

A bit about the flat…

The flat is a furnished 3-bedroom with a separate kitchen and dining space, cosy living room, spacious hallway, and shared bathroom. It’s located a few minutes walk from Bellgrove station and close to Lidl, cafes, and local shops. The room overlooks Duke Street, which is a main road, so there is some street noise. However, the windows keep a lot of it out and it’s generally not too disruptive. There is on-street parking nearby.

A bit about your potential flatmate…

I’m 27 and currently working as a sewing instructor (my dream job!). I'm into all things crafty, yoga, reading, board games, and getting out for walks. I'm fairly active but also enjoy a chilled evening in with a good film or TV show. Also enjoy the odd night out and a good boogie :)

I like to keep my space clean and tidy and enjoy a relaxed home vibe, so looking for people who appreciate the same. I’m more on the introverted side and value my downtime but equally would like to live with people I get on well with and who are up for chats/film nights/watching tv/sharing the occasional meal together.

Ideally looking for a move-in date close to the 1st September, but there can be some flexibility with this.
