2 Bedroom Flat Looking For a Flatmate

Hello!! I’m looking for a female flatmate to live with me in my flat.

The flat is very close to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary and the M8. The University of Strathclyde is around a 20 minute walk away, and the city centre is also easy to walk to, with plenty of buses nearby.

The room for rent is a double bedroom with its own private bathroom, including a shower. The flat also has a spacious open plan shared kitchen and living room.

There is private parking for the development, security entry, gas central heating, double glazing and hyperoptic broadband installed.

I am 19 year old Computer and Electronic Systems Student. I’m a sociable person who loves watching movies, getting coffee and going to the gym. I spend a lot of time studying and at the library, so i would love a flatmate who i could have good chats and hopefully become friends with, whilst also respecting each others space and routines.
