Spare room in two bed house

Double room for rent in a 2 bedroom house, with private garden. Full access to living room, shared bathroom (electric shower) and kitchen.

The bed can be a single or double depending on how much space you want.

The room doesn’t have a wardrobe, only chest of drawers, and two drawers under the bed. So you would need to add extra furniture if you need extra storage. My current flat mate has a clothing rail.

You’ll be sharing with me, a 31 year old female, that works Monday to Friday. I work from home usually 2 days a week.

I have a smart meter which I would ask you top up £30 a month into the gas and £30 into the electric on the 28th of each month. I pay for the council tax, wifi and TV subscriptions.

Room will be available from the 28th of June when my current housemate moves out.

4 weeks notice required to move out and deposit taken with first months rent.
