Hey there! I'm looking for a housemate to move into my recently purchased home in East Kilbride.

I'm looking for a friendly, respectful and reliable housemate to share my home. I have three well mannered cats who are lovely cuddle-bugs! I also have two partners that occasionally visit, I am also often out of the house for work/visiting my partners. Looking after the cats when I'm not there would be extremely helpful!

The house is well maintained and has shared access to the kitchen, bathroom, living areas and garden. There is parking available nearby, not at the property, and the property has nearby bus stops and there are two train stations (Hairmyres and East Kilbride) nearby which is a short 30 minute ride into Glasgow. There's also a Premier store just a short walk away.

The house is fully furnished, but you would need to furnish this room yourself.

The room is a spacious double and is ideal for someone who appreciates a clean, relaxed and quiet living environment. It has a walk in cupboard, the boiler is also in this room. You would also have full access to storage in the loft area too.
