Parking on and off street close to house, 24-hour shop close by and it's a quiet area. House is completely furnished and shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Wifi.
I'm going to be living there too, but I'll be working and out and about, like you will be too, so we'll see each other. You will have to do a viewing so me and the cats can meet you: it's more about the person I'll be living with, not the money. You'll, have relevant paperwork and have good personal hygiene.
