The flat located in Southside, in a cul-de-sac street, a few seconds walk from Queen’s Park train station (7 mins to Glasgow Central Station) and with amble street parking.

In a traditional tenement with high ceilings and big windows, first floor with central gas heating, washing machine, fibre broadband, large kitchen and storage space.

Ideal if you are new comer in Glasgow. The price includes all bills.

The room has desk and monitor (HDMI) is available as well.

If you cycle you need 17 mins to the city centre and you can park your bike at the bike storage shelter across the street.

Supermarkets, shops and cafes as well as the Queen’s Park at your doorstep!

Non-smokers and no pets, sorry.

You'll share with me, a professional who works 9-6 (hybrid office/home) and enjoys sports, healthy living, films and part time studies at GSA. It's a quiet, 'calm', clean and tidy flat. No shoes and always a tidy kitchen!
