Double room available in private let, quiet street in north Glasgow.
All bills (with wifi) included, council tax (band A) included. Washing machine and tumble dryer in kitchen.
Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room.
Excellent transport links to the city center; both bus and train station 2 min walk from flat. 10 min train to Queen Street (from Ashfield train station) and 75 bus route through the city center (Milton to Castlemilk route).
On street parking is available and the garden is shared with flat below including a summer house. Flat is non smoking.

One other flat mate, myself, 28 year old male working in the NHS. I like to keep my flat clean and tidy but I’m not obsessive about it. Ideally looking for someone I could become friends with, open to socializing and giving you your own space. Happy to provide references from current flatmate too. Overnight guests and occasional flat parties welcome. Local farm foods and Lidl are a short walk away.
