A Peaceful, Well-Loved Home in New Gorbals

I am looking for a quiet, chilled, and responsible female to make my home hers while I’m away this spring and summer. This isn't just a rental for me; it’s my personal home that I’ve put a lot of love into, so I’m looking for someone who will truly treat it with care.

Most importantly, this is strictly a no-party flat. I value a calm, respectful, and tidy environment, and I’m looking for a like-minded person who wants a peaceful place. If you’re someone who enjoys a relaxed, clean home and is looking for a quiet sanctuary, we’ll get along great.

The Rooms Available
There are two spacious rooms available in the flat (you’ll be sharing the home with one other quiet female lodger):

The Double Room: Very spacious with plenty of storage space for all your things. It comes with a dedicated desk and chair, perfect for focus.

The Single Room: A bright, airy space that gets beautiful morning sunshine. It features a unique desk made of reclaimed wood, a study chair, a clothes rack, and a mirror.

The Flat
The flat was recently renovated and is spread across two floors, which gives everyone plenty of privacy:

Downstairs: Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher/washing machine), a cozy living room with a 65” 4K TV, and a balcony with deckchairs for chilling out.

Upstairs: Both bedrooms and the bathroom are located here, away from the living area.

Location: Based in the New Gorbals. It’s a 20-min walk to the City Centre, 6-min to Coop, 9-min to Glasgow Green, and 10-min walk to Aldi and the gym. Bus stop to town is a 1-min walk.

Important Details
Rent & Bills: All bills are included in the rent except for gas and electricity, which will be shared between the two occupants.

Fixed Dates: I need the flat back at the end of September, so the stay is from 15/04 to 30/09 with no extensions. I’ll give preference to someone who can stay for the full duration.

Timeline:

Viewings: 02/04 to 08/04

Contract & Keys: 10/04 to 12/04

Move-in: 15/04
