Spacious double room in Finnieston

Short and longer let enquiries welcome. Double bedroom available in a two bedroom flat, close to Kelvingrove Park and 15 minutes walk from town/university.

The room is furnished and includes a desk. All bills are included, Council Tax (Band D), gas, electricity, and broadband.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared between two (me and flatmate) with the kitchen newly installed last year. I use the living room in the flat as my work space and it is not shared.

There is a resident cat, Gracie, you don't have to look after her, but she lives here and you'll need to like animals.

My current flatmate is a Masters student at Glasgow Uni, previous flatmates have included both students and professionals. We socialise at pub quizzes and gigs occasionally but live quite independently. It would be great for you to meet us both so she can give you her opinion. She's returning at end of April to Italy 🇮🇹. We're both quite peaceful, 9-5 people so no party folk need reply I'm afraid.

I'm looking for someone friendly and respectful. I like to keep the place clean and tidy and am looking for someone who feels the same. If this sounds like you please tell me a bit about yourself, I'd like to know some of the below:
