2 rooms to rent Bridgeton area

Hello!

I have 1 single and 1 double bedroom to rent in a 3 bedroom flat in Bridgeton area.

4 mins walk to Bridgeton train station, bus stops, Iceland supermarket and other shops, Greggs, pubs. 10 mins walk to Glasgow Green and 20-25 mins to the city centre.

On-street parking available (dead end road).

I'm still in a process of moving in myself. Flat is mostly furnished but I'm still waiting for a few things (TV unit, bathroom cabinet for more storage space, I may possibly add desks in spare rooms).

1st room (small) has a single bed with storage, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a TV.

2nd room (double) has a brand new double bed, spacious wardrobe and brand new chest of drawers.

You will have access to the kitchen as well as the use of all kitchen equipment and cookware, access to the living room and 65" TV (currently on the floor but should get TV stand in the next couple of days).

All bills and 200 mbps broadband included.

Flat is spread across 1st and 2nd floor. Living room, kitchen and WC are on the 1st floor and bedrooms and shower room on 2nd. There is a lot of storage space available.

I'm a 26 years old female working as a Software Developer, currently working full-time from home. I'm of Polish & British nationality. Not really a party type of person but I enjoy odd night out or going out for food.

You'd be expected to share flat responsibilities (keeping flat tidy etc).
