Hello,
I am a 40 year old female with a spare room to let on a short term basis.
***Important info up front: this is a short term let available from Monday 9th November **
The flat is available from a minimum of 2 weeks up to a maximum of 15 weeks. The price is £130 per week and includes all bills and WiFi. This would perhaps suit someone temporarily staying in Glasgow, visiting for study or in-between homes.
The room comes with fresh bedding and has built in wardrobes, small drawers and a beside table with lamp. There is also a desk and desk chair.
The flat has a bright and large combined lounge, dining and kitchen area. The bathroom has a shower and bath.
I work from home but I am also often out of the flat in the evening.
I am laidback and easy going. While I am not looking for a permanent flatmate, anyone staying will be welcomed warmly to my home and it would be nice to get to know you over a cuppa or glass of wine :)
