Fully furnished and ready to move in by 15/09. Close to a subway station and can bike to Glasgow Uni and Strathclyde in approx 15-20 mins. Also close to Buchanan St and St Enoch.

Nice balcony view and rooms are spacious. Rent is £650 PCM pp with all bills covered (excl council tax).

Couples are welcome and I am happy to discuss the rent adjustment.

Note that this is a mixed student/non-student flat where council tax will have to be paid separately by anyone interested. The band is G, but is subject to change after 22 Sept 2026. Landlord registration is currently pending.
