Short term room southside of Glasgow

Room for a woman, don't do couples
Hi I am offering a short term room, from 1 months to 3 , it is good for someone looking to find a permanent place, or just at the city for a short period of time.
gas and electricity bill are not included in the price, as it depends on how much we use. I can't say how much will be this summer but I guess 80/90£ each month split between us
The flat is on the southside of Glasgow, with an easy link connection to the city centre, close to queens park, train station, easy parking on street, space for a bicycle,
the flat will be shared with me, i work M to F, as a learning support worker and also an artist so i do art and organise art and spanish classes.
I am an easy-going, laid-back person to live with, I just like to keep the house clean and tidy, I like to share meals, walks, drinks and chat with my flatmate, but also enjoy time for myself and like to be quiet at the flat.
there is a spacious kitchen, the room has a double bed and plenty shelves and drawers. the rent is 600 plus gas and electricity
at the moment, I prefer to share the house with women, i had a really good experience with people that came before, just for studying and working a few months,
