This is a lovely double room in a massive flat in Cessnock.

I have renovated it myself andit contains everything you need for a hassle free 3-6 months.

I would like a roomate from May first onwards.

The flat has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. 2 bathrooms (one of which is solely for your use), a high quality fitted kitchen with dishwasher, laundry etc.

A massive living room. NIce stereo, TV for movies. open fire.
A cleaner comes every two weeks for common areas, and this is included in the rent.

Huge communal garden. oh - and a cat! Kumo.

if you need different furniture such as a desk etc, all that is possible, its was just this set up this way in the photos for airbnb clients.

I would like to live with a professional, and if possible someone with a bit of creativity!

Age is not important, but in the past I have lived with younger/messier people and I cant be doing with that now!

Price is not the cheapest, but you are getting all bills and council tax included, including gas and electricity.

The room is available for 3-6 months only - I am most likely leaving Glasgow this winter, and so short or medium term lets are appropriate.

Cessnock has the subway a minute from my place, and a good variety of shops and places to eat nearby.
