Quiet, spacious & comfortable large double bedroom in vibrant victorian tenement in Polloksheilds.

The bedroom is situated at the front of the flat which includes a large shared living room, spacious kitchen dining room & bathroom with shower & bath.

As I live in the flat also this would suit someone who is looking for somewhere on a temporary basis. I would want you to feel as comfortable as possible but with it being my home it’s not really ideal for someone who is looking for a longer term arrangement. Maximum stay would be 1 year.

Shared access to the lively community garden out the back of the residence as well as shared back garden space.

Cafes, bars, shops, restaurants & train station to Glasgow central within minutes walk
Flat includes washing machine, fridge freezer, electric cooker, TV.
The room has a double bed, dresser, clothes rail & shelves.

The flat is very peaceful & quiet. It is my home & I am looking for a friendly flatmate who is communicative, clean & respectful.
About me I love music, design & art. I enjoy getting to know people but also respectful of personal space.
