The flat is well located in the Cessnock area, about 20 min walk into the City Centre.

Excellent Transport links, Bus stop & Underground station 1 min away. Underground will connect you to all Universities within 15 min. NextBike Station at our door step, for a quick 9 min ride into town. For those keen on indoor climbing, it is a 5 min walk to Glasgow Climbing Centre (GCC) and 10 min to The Climbing Academy(TCA)

It will suit a non-smoker mature student or young professional. We are not clean freaks but we would like the next flatmate to help us to keep the house tidy and clean. We don't want to have dirty plates laying in the kitchen and a greasy cooker anymore. Pets are not allowed. If this sounds like you, drop us a message.

There is 1 bathroom/toilet, 1 shower room, central heating, kitchen, fridge, washing machine, wireless internet and a massive living-room.

The room is furnished (as per photos). The rent includes all bills but energy bills, which are split on a monthly basis among the number of people currently living in the flat. In summer energy bills are around £25 per person per month, in winter it might go up to £50, depending on how much heating we use.

One months rent is required as deposit.
