The king size double room is available for short/medium term let in this tastefully decorated upper floor flat. This is a two bedroom apt. of which the second room will usually remain locked and will only be used during infrequent owner visits.

The lodging accommodation includes a king-size double bed, wardrobe storage, desk and chair. Living/dining room, kitchen and washroom are shared areas but normally vacant due to infrequent owner visits. All usual kitchen equipment etc is available for use.

The property is very conveniently located, directly opposite Cessnock Underground station, with free on-street parking and a wide range of local amenities such as restaurants, shops, cafes. library, local park etc.

Energy bills are not included in price and typically cost £70-£100 per month depending on usage. There are no other charges; wifi and other costs are included in room fee.

The room is available from August 2026. Initial interviews will take place online with in-person viewings by individual arrangement.
