This flat is my home of 22 years and I have a spare room available for short lets from September onwards 2026.
Live in owner (easy going).

Suitable for a clean, considerate person, ideally:

Medical intern at nearby hospital
Mature PHD Student doing an exchange / term.
Short term visiting professional

I'm a youthful, friendly, vibrant, honest woman well into my 50's. I'm into the great outdoors (hiking and biking), yoga, reading, music, gigs, culture, gym, films, cooking. I enjoy socialising but also relish lots of quiet time. This is a peaceful flat.

Happy to share space with someone intelligent, tidy, interesting, genuinely kind and thoughtful & definitely not racist. I have a good sense of humour so that is welcome.
A female preferred please.

Not suitable for smokers, or drunk party people.
Someone who works from home a lot is not my ideal lodger.

Occasionally I look after my ex partners dog so important that you like them.
The flat is very nice and has proved popular on Airbnb in the past.
Free on street parking
Big garden with shed for a bike. Hire bikes round the corner.
Local gym and pool 2 mins away and big park too (Bellahouston & Pollok Park)
Great transport links.

Smallish bright furnished south facing room with double bed, desk and wardrobe space in the dining room. There is also a living room, small kitchen and bathroom.
Bed linen and towels can be provided.
A small contribution towards bills would be welcome please if possible.

The flat is located near Queen Elizabeth Hospital and BBC HQ .
