This flat is my home of 20+ years and I have a spare room available for a limited period only from mid Jan 2026 for a few months only.
Ideally suitable for a clean, considerate, sociable medical intern at nearby hospital or foreign student doing an exchange / term OR short term contract professionals. A sense of humour is always welcome.

I'm a youthful, friendly, vibrant, honest woman well into my 50's. I'm into the great outdoors (hiking and biking), yoga, reading, music, gigs, gym, films, cooking. I enjoy socialising but also relish lots of quiet time.

I'd like to share my flat with someone intelligent, interesting, genuinely kind and thoughtful & definitely not racist or ignorant.
A female is preferable but not an absolute must. A younger person could be good but am not stuck on that idea either.

Not suitable for smokers, or drunk party people.
I would also prefer not to share the space with someone who works from home all the time.
Occasionally I help look after my ex partners small dog so important that you like dogs.
The flat is very nice and has proved popular on Airbnb in the past. Its well located with free parking and excellent transport links. I've had short term lodgers before.
Fully furnished south facing room with double bed, desk and wardrobe space in the dining room.
Bed linen and towels will be provided. Nice big garden with shed for a bicycle.
A small contribution towards bills would be welcome please circa £40 per month.
Shared kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room (wood burning stove).
The flat is located next to Glasgow Club Bellahouston (gym & pool) and Bellahouston park, great transport links and supermarket, Queen Elizabeth Hospital and BBC HQ .
Please note this room is only available from mid Jan - early June 2026.
