Single room available in east end G40

Hi, my name is Aryan and I am looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is moving out another city for new job. I'm looking for someone to move in from January start. The area is very peaceful and just have a riverside walk beside the building for walks. The apartment has no living room but enough space in kitchen to hang out. The living room has been converted to another bedroom(mine currently) and the bedroom is going to be available to move in from January!

I am an architecture student in my final year now and work part time mostly nights. I'm most of the time at work or studying in my room. I respect privacy and also a very tidy person will have no problems there whatsoever. I love doing everything and I'm compatible with anyone mostly. Any plan you have? I'm in!

I am looking for a student flatmate ideally as for council tax reasons but text me up can work it out.
