Double room to rent in Cardonald

I have a double bedroom to rent in a recently fully-renovated 3 bedroom flat in Cardonald.

The room is equipped with

- a 2x4 KALLAX shelving unit with 4 DRÖNA storage boxes and TJABBA magazine files
- a thermometer on the wall
- a laundry bag
- a built-in wardrobe with 3 shelves and a wardrobe rail plus additional storage above
- a study desk with a desk lamp, swivel chair and deskside bin
- a floor uplighter
- 3x4 KALLAX shelving unit / TV stand
- a TCL 32" smart TV
- an Amazon Echo Dot smart speaker
- an alarm clock

The size of the room is 11 m²s excluding the built-in wardrobe.

The flat also consists of a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room and has a strict no couples, no pet and no smoking policy.

There is a big Morrisons 1.5 minutes away from the flat on foot. The nearest bus stop where you could hop on a 9/9A/38/38A to travel towards the city centre is 3-minute walk from the flat. Cardonald train station is a 10-minute walk from the flat in the opposite direction with trains going to Glasgow Central in 7 mins, twice per hour.

The price of the room is £600/month including council tax but excluding gas-eletricity-broadband (around £50 per month on average split equally among the three tenants on a monthly basis). A deposit of £400 is requested.

I would prefer someone as a flatmate who wishes to stay for a longer period!
